How pollution is created more in Winters??

  In the center of Lajpat Nagar in Delhi. There is one tower 20 feet tall with tricolors and whole designs but this is not for show-off.                         This is an air purifier. In this anti-smoke tower, there are some fans and these are stuck and polluted which can remove 80% of particulate matter. But these fans also will not work when winter will start.  In the chart given below, you can see the pollution in the same year but in different months. You can see there is less particulate matter means there is less pollution in the summer season, but when winter starts there will be different patterns forming this line shouts. Means pollution shouts up. Now, wait before saying, the burning of crackers creates this. No! Not burning crackers creates this.
